Bauer Sling Grip Junior Hockey Stick – 40 Flex (2021)

In order to maximize the benefits of  SlingTech 2.0, Bauer Sling will have ER SPINE technology – already proven to add control and an effortless release to a player’s game. 

Coming in weighing 375 grams – helping transfer energy and slingshot the puck off the blade faster – and improving the balance point by 5%, giving it great feel off the rack and easier to control the puck on the ice.  ​

In SlingTech, the entire blade core was made of our lightweight, stiff AeroFoam material with a horizontal bridge that went from the heel to the toe of the blade.  In SLingTech 2.0, the area directly beneath the slot has been replaced with a stronger epoxy material that is slightly softer.  The two foams are then fused together with vertically placed carbon bridges and then connected to the slot.  

In fact, this blade is actually 15% more durable on impacts vs its predecessor.  ​

Players will be able to release the puck 10% faster, with less effort due to the optimized slingshot effect​.

They will have more control over the puck with a bigger sweet spot, more stability in the toe and a better balance point​.
